Re-invention of an agricultural barn and courtyard into a family dwelling.
We are currently working on proposals for the re-use of a collection of derelict barns on the outskirts of a village in North Cornwall.

Considered Interventions
The design will create a new family home, with four bedrooms - two ensuite, a large ‘broken-plan’ lounge/kitchen/dining space with views and access out to a new courtyard garden.
The courtyard is enclosed to three sides, with the a covered terrace providing outdoor living space, and an access to the additional existing barn opposite the main barn, including a home office space.
